Dead End for ADSS

1. Product composition:

a. Dead end component,

b. structural reinforcing rod component ( armor rod)

c.Thimble clevis,

d.Thimble(Type O),

e.Shackle.

2. Function and purpose

Bear the tensile force, connect ADSS cable with tension pole/tower.

3. Product characteristic

1. connects with pole or tower and bear the line load
2. Cable are finely protected because stress is equally distributed without intensive stress pivot.
3. The clamp provides great gripping power in the premise no more than the edgewise compressive strength of cable.
4. The grip 95% high than cable rated tensile strength, that protect ADSS cable not be damaged.
5. Material use high quality aluminum clad steel wire, against corrosion and improve the mechanical properties.

4. Technical requirements

Fit with DL / T 767-2013 standard: TECHINICAL REQUIREMENTS AND TESTS FOR HELICAL FITTINGS FOR ADSS.

5. Select matching style

1. According to the diameter, strength and span of ADSS.
2. Number according configuration:

2 sets per strain pole/tower

2 sets per connecting pole/tower

1set per terminal pole /tower

3. Provide the first connect fitting’s type.(connect with the pole/tower)
4. Strength class: 20KN, 40KN, 60KN, 80KN
